Working principle The core control logic of the packaging machine is a tracking system, which uses forward and reverse tracking, it improves the tracking accuracy remarkably. After the machine is running, the thin film mark sensor continuously detects the thin film mark (color mark), and the tracking micro switch of the mechanical part detects the position of the machine. The above two signals are sent to the PLC, and after the program calculation, the PLC output signal to DI1 (Forward), and DI2 (Reverse) to control forward and reverse running of the motor, timely detection of packaging material errors in the production process and make accurately compensate and correct, avoiding waste of packaging materials. If the detection fails to meet the technical requirements after tracking a predetermined number of times, it will automatically stop for inspection to avoid the generation of waste products. 3. The system requires fast dynamic follow-up performance and high stability of speed accuracy.
