The cooling effect of evaporative air cooler depends on the evaporation effects. And evaporation effects are determined by two main factors: the temperature and the humidity of the ambient air. When RH is low, the evaporation effects can be good. When RH is high, the evaporation effects are bad. When the temperature of the ambient air is high, the evaporation effects are good, on the contrary, the evaporation effects are bad.
