Provident Fund (PF)

According to the provisions of "The Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisons Act,1952" any establishment employing 20 or more persons have to register itself under the aid Act.The said Act is not applicable to any establishment which is a co-operative society employing less than 50 persons and working without the aid of power.Once an establishment is covered under this Act, it remains covered even though the employment strength falls below 20.

The employees become eligible to participate in the fund on his joining the establishment covered under the Act. Employees drawing the pay upto Rs.7500/- p.m. only are eligible for participation in the fund.

The firm is providing the services in relation to maintaining payroll register of employees showing therein the contribution of the employer and employees, monthly deposit of provident fund, return filing, assessment and other liasioning services in relation thereto.

Employee State Insurance (ESI)

"The Employees State Insurance Act,1948" this Act applies to factories where 10 or more persons are employed for wages and the manufacuring process is carried on with the aid of power. The limit of 10 or more persons is replaced by 20 or more persons where the manufacuring process is carried on without the aid of power.

This Act covers all employees, including engaged through the contractors but whose remuneration does not exceed Rs.15000 p.m
