Corporate Accounting : The firm is engaged in outsourcing the accounting personnels for our corporate clients as per their requirements. The accounting personnels vary according to their qualification & experience.

Corporate Tax Planning : The firm is providing the services related to corporate tax planning in th field of Income tax, DVAT, CST, service tax, ESI and PF considering the respective laws as applicable to the company.

Corporate Structuring : The firm is providing Services on various matters under the Companies Act, 1956, including formation of companies, capital structuring, Mergers and Amalgamations, Liquidation or Winding up operations etc. The Firm has also represented various agencies in matters relating to company Law at highest levels of Department of Company Law Board and other related government authorities.

Employee Payrolling : Considering the various provisions of Income tax Act and ESIC & PF Act, the firm is engaged in providing the services realated to employees' payroll processing on monthly basis and fulfill the statutory compliances.

Compliance Services : The firm is also engaged in providing the compliance services to its corporate clients in terms of DVAt compliance, service tax compliance, ESI & PF compliance,TDS compliance and other compliances.Further being a team of CAs, CSs & Advocates, the firm is providing the services of issue of compliance certificates by company secretary as required under the Companies Act,2013.

Audit Services : Being the company is mandatorily required to get its books of accounts audited by a CA under the Companies Act, the firm is providing the audit service to its various clients. The Firm is also engaged in providing the tax audit service to its corporate clients as required u/s 44AB of the Income Tax Act.
