Esenpro custom-made gear unit for sheet mill application. The gear unit consists of one input shaft and two output shafts having different ratios for each output shaft.

Salient Features
The Gear Unit is designed with varied input power. It has 2 input & 2 output shafts having separate gear train resulting in opposite direction of rotation of output shafts.
Gears & Pinions are made of carburising alloy steel, 18 CrNiMo7-6 as per EN 10084 case hardened to 58-62 HRC & accurately precision ground to DIN 5-6 as per DIN 3962.
The radial loads on the shafts are taken care by incorporating spherical roller bearings which also permits large degree of freedom against misalignment.
Forced lubrication provision through centralised oil systems is provided in the gearbox for ensuring adequate amount of oil supply to all gear meshes and bearings.
