Electrode Steam Humidifier Oem Type

This Electrode Steam Humidifier OEM Type (SPH-383) produces steam by conducting water current on the electrode inside of the cylinder. It controls steam production with the microprocessor.

Water supply begins 3 seconds after the humidifier is turned on. Water keeps flowing into the system until the machine reaches 110% of full load ampere or until the water level reaches its maximum. The system keeps heating water inside of the cylinder until it reaches 90% of full load ampere. Water supplying process resumes when the system drops down to 90% of its full load ampere. The alarm system gets turned on when the water level sensor is disabled for 2 hours or when the electric current is under 2A. The system drains water periodically when the impurity concentration inside the cylinder needs to be diluted. When 140% of the current conduction occurs, the system drains water automatically and it stops operation for 1 minute. If this process happens several times, alarm gets turned on. Power source gets automatically turned off during the water drain.

The system can be run at its maximum efficiency when it is run at the standard current conduction. The standard current conduction is maintained by the water supplying and vaporizing cycle. Since steam is generated at atmospheric pressure and its temperature is about 100 degree Celsius, the humidifier is able to produces sterile, odorless steam.
