Design Features and Operating Principles:
It is made up of Y series motors, additional decelerating machine and brake. The part of decelerating machine consists of turbine, endless screw, box, end cover, etc. The reduction ratio is 1:62.
The braking part contains energizing coil, brake flange, armature, iron core and so on.
When the main motor is electrified, and the electricity in the electromagnetic brake, energizing coil as well as the auxiliary motor is cut off, the main motor will work normally. It will brake immediately when it is out of electricity and the energizing coil is connected to 24V direct current.
When it needs to operate slowly, you may switch on the current to the auxiliary motor and it will drive the speed of the shaft on the main motor to 22r/min through the function of the decelerating machine and the friction plate of the brake.
