This mechanical AFFS machine (motor driven) is designed to pack viscous liquids, like Ghee, Ghee, Edible Ghee, Vanaspathi lubricants etc in heat sealable pouches made out from the film reel kept at the rear side of the machine on a film carrier.
This film passes through different stations like film unwinding station, code printing station, Photocell / print registration station, forming station, vertical sealing station, film pulling station, filling station horizontal sealing station etc.
Every station is designed to carry out a particular function as per the sequence of operations.
While the film passes through different stations different functions takes place one after the other and finally completely filled and sealed pouches drops on the chute below the horizontal seal assembly
