Also airflow continuous coconut shell charcoal carbonization furnace is characterized by easy operation, safety, efficiency, energy saving and environment protection. The fuel for carbonizing can be wood, charcoal, coal, natural gas or diesel. As for wood, the consumption rate is about 30-50 kg/ 4-5 hours, coal about 20-30 kg/ 4-5 hours. We can provide 4 extra inner pots for continuous production line. After the first batch was carbonized, the inner tanks can be took out to cool down, then the other four extra pots can be put inside for carbonization, so 3 batches can be processed with in 24 hours with airflow continuous coconut shell charcoal carbonization furnace.
