Dhokra Worli Painting

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of dhokra worli painting in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. The artwork on this product represents a fusion between two diverse form of tribal art. Traditionally, the women of the tribe made auspicious drawings of palghat, the mother goddess with rice paste on walls of the dwellings, with a bamboo stick at the time of marriage. The forms are created by joining two triangles vertically or horizontally with their sliced tips matting in the centre, the linear arms, feet and head give these figures the rhythm and movement. Dhokra art is native to the Chhattisgarh region where the tribal use an ancient Lost-Wax Process to cast brass into shapes of dancing figures and their deities. Aakriti creates this fusion using Eco-friendly colours and the skills of our rural women who revel in the joy of their every creation.
