The Micrograph Laboratory SL SBL micro 400 toolkit enables easy, quick, reliable and inexpensive assessments of the quality of a crimp connection.
All of the applicable work steps, including cutting, grinding, etching and imaging, are integrated in this micrograph laboratory.
A specimen holder with a quick tightener enables placing the sample without time-intensive mounting and resetting between the individual processing stages.
With the SL SBL micro 400 portable micrograph laboratory, the operator is mobile and can immediately decide whether to release a product on-site after a tool change. A meaningful micrograph can be made at any time for spot-checking samples.
