Area of application
The Komax Gamma 253 is designed for one and two-sided crimping as well as one side seal loading. With roller or even belt drive the machine is best prepared for requests of thin insulated halogen or lead free wires.
Technology
The big cross section range is covered using programmable, highly dynamic AC servo drives. New drive principles protect by patent are used to give the high precision and quality for the processed wires. The optional pre feeding system helps to process out of wire bundles with this high performance machine. All quality monitoring are fully integrated so that every single wire is checked and displayed during production.
Compact and user friendly
Integrated electronics in combination with low inertia swivel units lead to compact design. Straightforwardness for operators with easy access to all handles and tool less quick clamping systems. Comparable with a cockpit all user relevant displays and buttons are in short operating distances. Operation and material handling are so simple, fast and convenient.
