APPLICATIONS:
We are mainly dealing with Alumina clinker alunite accelerator,The accelerator contents low alkali , can improve final strength of concrete .
Setting accelerator is mainly used for sprayed concrete and the water plugging in water quick-setting early strength concrete, it is widely used in railway, highway, military, the subway, underground space construction, various types of sprayed concrete in tunnels, mine rescue, slope protection and construction etc,.
TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE INDEX:
1,setting time: initial set1~5min,final set5~10min, properly dosage is 3%~5% of cement;
2,Alkali metal content<1%,non-toxic, no stimulation.
3,fineness:8mm hole sizer,residue on sieve<10%;
4, it has good early strength in sprayed concrete,compressive strength of 28 days can reach 80a 100%;
5, it has good adhesiveness in spray material, without reinforcement corrosion, it can improve the anti-permeability and coagulated quickly,A spray layer thickness,it can be up to 130mm when spraying the arch and the wall can reach above 200mm.
