Combo L Sealer Shrink Tunnel By S. V. Kontrols & Automation

We offer LST L Sealer with Shrink Tunnel. These tunnels have a semi-automatic shrink wrapping system, comprising one sealer and shrink tunnel. Products of different nature can be shrink-wrapped on the wide sealing area of 50 cm long x 38 cm. The bottom of the final pack is given mirror-finish on the completion of the process.

For excellent sealing, shrinking results and enhanced speed of operation, six parameters are provided. Amongst one of 16 memories of the machine, these parameters can be stored and recalled with ease. The product counter feature keeps the track of shrink-wrapped products done by the machine.

the operator places the product on the stainless-steel loading tray, transfers the product to the sealing area inside the centre-folded film and brings down the sealing arm. The sealing bar is held down by a magnet applying uniform sealing pressure to make strong seals using an impulse hot-wire system. The product, now enclosed in the film from all four sides, is transferred automatically to a compact shrink tunnel to complete the shrink wrapping process.
