Pregel starch is manufactured through Drum dried technology, using best quality native starch. This pregel starch is 80% soluble in cold water and has very good binding strength. We have various grades to suite various industrial applications.

Applications: Oil well drilling, Binder grade for Agarbathi, Dhoop, Mosquito coil.

Adhesive grade, Pallet binder grade for fish feed and Cattle feed.

Finishing grade in paper and textile sizing.

Industrial application

1. Oil drilling

• Pregel starch is used in oil drilling to reduce the fluid loss

• Increases the viscosity of drilling mud and seals the walls of the mud hole

• Pregel starch is stable at high temperature

• Suitable for high hardness and saline water

• It is easily biodegradable

2. Mosquito coil

• Pregel starch is used as a binder during the dough preparation in the manufacturing process.

• It has a good binding capacity

3. Coal briquetting

• Pregel starch is used as binder in the formation of coal breeze in the manufacturing of coal binder

4. Textile

• Pregel starch is used in textile as a sizing and finishing agent.
