Catter Piller Belt

These are the new generation caterpillar haul off belts / extrusion line belts. Manufactured in association with M/s. International Conveyors Inc. USA, who are one of the leaders in power transmission & material handling belts, these belts are used in critical applications for cable, PVC pipes and extrusion industries.

The belts are composed of reinforced, synthetic, specially formulated compounds which impart greater consistency and dependability to these belts. These are high performance belts with low cost benefits. Main characteristics of these belts are:

These Belts are manufactured in various combinations depending upon the cost constraints of clients. The various combinations are:

* Polyester cord insert with PVC nitrile blending compound
* Polyester fabric insert with PVC nitrile blending and PU mixing or synthetic rubber
* Polyester fabric polyester cord insert with construction of rubber / PVC nylon strip at bottom/ Nylon strip sandwich in between top and bottom rubber cover with pvc nitrile blending compound / Synthetic Rubber
