Special compounds are being used for abrasion resistance and heat resistance . In order to avoid the slippage of Pipes or Cable , a special design is made on top of the belt.
We also manufacture special application Cable Extruder Belts as per customer's drawing and specifications.
Types Available: (a) Both sides Plain. (b) Teeth on Top amd Grooves at Bottom. (c) Plain on top and other side Groove etc. These belts are being manufactured in different types and sizes. Most of the cable plants use belts having both sides plain. But the PVC Pipes Units use both plain as well as Top Teeth and bottom grooves. The belts can be supplied with top V shaped or with curvature, depending on customers need. We also manufactured Haul-Off Rubber Pads for Chain Drive, Traction Drives of PVC Pipes Extrusion.
