Filter tube structure

The filter tube is the key part of cartridge filter. The structure of the tube is composed of the head, metal framework, pleated filter material and the base part.
The designed length of the filter material is folded into fold and stuck the head and tail together to make into the tube; the inside and outside of the tube is supported with metal frames and the top and the base is fixed. The top has a fixed bolt washer.
Dust collector structure
The dust collector is composed of the blast pipe, exhaust duct, tank, ash hopper, ash removal device, filter cartridge and electric control device. Tube arrangement is very important in the dust collector. The tube can be placed vertically or tilt on the flower plate, fixed by bolts with rubber mat. The lower part of the plate is the filter chamber while the upper part is the cleaning chamber. Besides bolts, there are more convenient methods to fix the tube-the automatic locking device and rubber compression device.
