TSC Series Rotational molding machines with a choice of three to four arms in a configuration with six stations to provide a flexible production cycle .Independent management for each arm . Independent conveyors , hot air circulation , stationary oven .
The floor area provides six stations configuration - baking station , dry cooling station , water cooling station , servicing station , loading / unloading station and waiting station .
Combustion chamber realized in special steel resistant to high temperature , thermically insulated designed to allow maximum operating temperature of 400 degree C .
TSC Series Rotomolding machine is composed of :
- Moulding Chamber ( Stationary )with attatched combustion chamber
- Cooling chamber with fog heads
- Central column and six stations track for conveyors movement .
