1. Abrasive filling

• Steel shot, steel grit, glass bead, aluminum oxide, or other abrasive media is filled into the hopper.
• The abrasive remains stored at the bottom of the machine.

2. Compressed air supply

• An air compressor supplies compressed air to the blast gun.
• Air enters the gun at high velocity through a small nozzle.

3. Suction (Venturi effect)

• The fast-moving air creates a low-pressure area inside the blast gun.
• This vacuum pulls abrasive media from the hopper through the suction tube.
• The abrasive mixes with compressed air inside the gun.

4. Abrasive blasting

• The air-abrasive mixture travels through the blast hose.
• The nozzle accelerates the mixture and directs it onto the surface.
• The impact removes:
  • Rust
  • Paint
  • Scale
  • Dirt
  • Surface contamination

5. Recovery system

• After blasting, abrasive and dust fall into the cabinet floor.
• A screen separates large waste particles.
• Reusable abrasive returns to the hopper.

6. Dust extraction

• A dust collector removes fine dust from the cabinet.
• Clean air is exhausted, keeping the operator's view clear.
