Wire Coil Type Shot Blasting Machine

We make, export, distribute and supply of Wire Coil Type Shot Blasting Machine in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. This type of shot blasting machine is best suitable for the shot blasting of Wire & Coils. It consists of inlet and outlet side vestibules. Pinch Rollers at inlet & Outlet side are provided to guide the Wire/Coil during high speed passage during blasting process. The head of the coil coming from the Decoiler Machine & Coil Straightening Machine (under customer scope) is inserted into the shot blasting machine from inlet side and hooked to the coiler arrangement at outlet side and Drawn accordingly to the set speed. Wire/Coil passes through the blast zone which consists of 4no's of Blast Wheels. All these Blast wheel units are strategically placed around the Blast cabinet. All blast wheels are provided with VFD control, so that according to the different thickness of the wires, RPM of the blast wheel can be adjusted. The arrangement of the blast wheel ensures optimum blast cleaning and maximum utilization of the abrasive energy. Blast wheels fires the abrasive at high velocity on the forward moving wire/coils & blast cleans them thoroughly.
The spent abrasive from blasting operation after passing through the perforated floor plates will get collected into the cabinet'A s bottom storage hopper.
