Performance:
Heat test put the glass lid into oven of 200a and keep 60minutes. then remove it to 20a a S water, no broken or crack.
Impact resistance test a 227g steel ball from 1.3 meters free fall to 50mm radius of the glass lid (free from the air hole),no damage or glass cracks .
Destructive testing knock the glass lid edge with a hammer will cause glass particles ,measure the numerical data of glass lid with a 5cmX5cm frame .The number of particles from 60 to120 and the biggest grain weight does not exceed 3g.
