Breaker - Rugged Design, Coarse Crushing Capability For Diverse Materials | Adjustable Serration Gaps, High Capacity From 500 To 3000 Kgs Per Hour

Rugged and robust construction. Works on the principle of coarse crushing/ breaking of materials in-between serrated plates and hammers. Breaker will either have space in-between the serrations or peforated sheet at the bottom of grinding chamber which allows the material to pass after grinding. The output size of the crushed material can be controlled by altering the gap between serrations or change of perforated sheet.

Applications: Suitable for coarse crushing of plant materials, herbs, seeds, de-oiled cakes, poultry & animal feed, coconut shells, minerals, ochres, chemicals and miscellaneous lumpy materials.

Capacity: Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements.
Example: Poultry feed - Minimum 500 kgs per hour. Maximum 3000 kgs per hour and more.
