Buyer issues ICPO to the seller. B. Seller provides the contract draft and the LC draft to buyer. C. Buyer signs the contract and accepts to open the LC based on agreed format. D. Seller issues PI and sends to buyer to countersign and return. E. Buyer opens the LC within the validity of the PI. F. Shipment commences. Shipment & Insurance: on buyer (a separate contract will be for shipment) Payment: Irrevocable Letter of Credit, 100% at sight from a prime bank or confirmed.
