Endless Belt conveyors are used to transfer the Products from one end to other end. This are basically installed either at the end of Packaging Line or at the beginning of the packing lines. Also these kinds of belt are used in many other applications besides packaging.

Operation of the Equipments

Products will be kept on the conveyor either manually or shall come directly from integrated previous machines. Endless belt will be in constant moving condition and shall convey the products to other end of the line

Salient Features of the Equipments

a cM.S conveyor track will be made in 16 gauge sheet of width 450mm/350mm & height 90mm.
a cS.S 304 side guard will be made in 25mm x 5mm thick flat and provided at both side of conveyor widthwise adjustable.
a cM.S hard chromo plated drive & driven roller will be made in ERW pipe of dia 75mm mounted on EN-8 shaft & NTN bearings.
a cLeg structure will be made in hollow square tube of size 40mm x 40mm x 2mm tined with the adjustment leveling pad.
a cImported PVC belt of width 350/250mm will be provided with the conveyor.
a c0.25 H.P geared motor of Bonfiglioli make will be provided with the system.
a cAll S.S 304 parts will have malt type buff finished.
a cAll M.S parts will be powder coated as per your specification Colour shed.
