APPLICATIONS :
MECHFIL medium to high efficiency Bag filters are designed to benefit installation by combining high air-cleaning efficiencies with long installed filter life (Dust holding capacity). These filters are used to protect equipment in general Air-Conditioning / Air handling units / Gas turbine intake equipments / Petrochemical fertilizer companies.
The air cleaned by these Filters benefit people, processes, fabric and equipments.

CONSTRUCTION:
Rust resistant 'Soft edge' panel is designed to ensure no media stress rapture under dirt holding. The internal shaping provides a rigid construction and air tight sealing around the entire filter pack. Pocket Construction results in greater utilization of media. Multiple rows of equally spaced span stitch lines maintain optimum pocket configuration to give even air distribution throughout the total filter element. The result is higher dust holding capacity longer service life and lowering operating cost.

INTERLOCK Stitching around each pocket perimeter ensures the required filter media strength under heavy dirt loading conditions. Individual pockets inflate and remain separated from adjacent pockets, to maximise evenly distributed air flow throughout the whole filter construction.
EFFICIENCY DETERMINATION :
Filter efficiency is determined by the number, size and fibers per square inch of media. DRY PACK media is made of extremely fine fibers manufactured exclusive to MECHFIL specification.
