Diffusion Filter

APPLICATION:
MECHFIL Diffusion filter are installed at the inlet of the Paint Spray Booth. Down stream for higher efficiency primary filter are used. They serve as a final protective barrier to hold any rust, scale or other particles that may break loose from the dust walls and be carried into the booth. They also act as air diffusion baffle to provide proper distribution of air flow through the booth.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
MECHFIL filters are built extra rugged for long-lasting service lift under dirty operating conditions. Media holds more dirt throughout the entire depth by collecting particles from the back to the front. The air entering side (down stream) has an open weave fiber pattern with larger diameter fibers.
When the media is clean, dirt particles penetrate deeper before being trapped.
The media is coated with Viscosine adhesive. The ' Wicking action ' of the highly viscous adhesive enables it to cling to the fibers and thoroughly saturate each dirt particle.
The frame sides are made from a single 20 gauge galvanised steel U-channel (Slip-on) for rigid construction. Unique one finger media retainer latch allows each access to pads and prevents retainer from getting lost or damaged while changing pads. Heavy duty construction provides years of dependable maintenance free service and withstands transportation and storage abuse.

INSTALLATION :
May be mounted in multiple Banks on angle iron frames for large volumes of Air Flow.
