APPLICATIONS :
Designed specifically for industries where a high degree of filtering efficiency is essential. The construction of the element ideally meets the design requirement of today's variable air volume systems. Being totally rigid, filter performance is neither interrupted by changes in air velocity nor fan shut down. The MECHFIL DRY FABRIC Filter is designed for use in those areas requiring the highest degree of air cleanliness. Used in wide variety of applications including Operation Theatres, Pharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Computer Installations, Nuclear Energy, Industrial Facilities and virtually all areas where clean air is critical.
PERFORMANCE :
MECHFIL ADA series ensure relative low velocity and consistent efficiency rating of 99% for particles down to 5 microns. Tested as per B.S.2831/1701 as per Test Dust No.2.
OPERATING CONDITIONS :
Can be used under conditions of high relative humidity. Recommended that the filter element can be replaced every 12-18 months. It has a good capacity of holding dust.
INSTALLATION :
May be mounted in multiple Banks on angle iron frames for large volumes of air flow.
