Automatic Switch Assembling Machine

We are manufacturing and exporting huge range of Automatic Switch Assembling Machines from Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra, India. The automatic switch assembling machine is used to assemble silver tips to copper terminals. The tips are separate and terminals are separate and silver foils are also separate. Tips and terminals are routed through 2 different chutes guided by V fixtures and vacuum assistance to attain correct position for joining process, whereas the foils are situated in a 3rd magazzine and sequenced as follows

1) On a press of a button the silver foil, the terminal and silver button feeders index one step so as to drop 1 component at a time.

2) At the same time a vacuum pump is started that sucks the jobs in the notch provided that is meant for the brazing electrode entry.

3) Soon after this process, the electrodes of top and bottom press against the job and heating begins.

4) As the heat timer reaches its time the brazing process stops and the table indexes by one step causing process no.1 to restart.
