Automatic Plugging Machine

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting excellent quality Automatic Plugging Machine in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The sleeve plugging machine consists of a pipe / wire straightener, slitter and end plug fitting accessory. Pipe passes through a stream of rollers before it its cut by a moving bandsaw after which the pipes fall in bucket chute and rolled towards cylindrical inliners that roll the jobs towards pneumatic plugging or capping machine. Caps / plugs are pre arranged in a 2 magazines and fall drip by drip on the pneumatic shoes which will be pressed against the ends of the sleeves / pipes.
