Automatic Masala Filling Cum Sealing Machine

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting excellent quality Automatic Masala Filling Cum Sealing Machine in Thane, Maharashtra, India. Masala filling machine uses automated filling and weighing technology and has a capacity of filling 12 nos. 250 gm. polythene bags. Process begins with a double reel bobbin and with 42 gage polythene long sheets rolling towards side sealer enclosure and patch of 3" length sealed i.e. 3 sides sealed not parted, soon after which air is blown through the unsealed end to open the polythen similar to a pocket so as to allow filling of the powder in the polythne bag. Sealing has to be full proof so that load cell is not misguided and detects 250 gms. and allows the 4th side to seal. Aftter sealing the 4th side the 1st side is parted and a pneumatic cylinder palms with its sponge surface compressing the polythene for any leaks escaping the unsealed corners. If leak arises they will be manualy sealed by candle.
