Automatic Handle Bending Machine

We are exporting & manufacturing automatic handle bending machine from Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra, India. This machine is specifically used for bending hollow tubes of motor bike handle bars and motor bike chassis segments from 300mm to 800mm lengths pipes without damaging inner walls and kinking the material. Raw material for the machine has to be pre cut pre straightened sections and free from undulations. The job is placed on fixture rollers and operation begins with operator pressing foot switch to and job begins to feed forward to specified length and bend with along path specified as per servo logix.

This is a X and Y axis bending machine with two motors rotating in both directions and another servo motor for bar feeding purpose.
