CHAMBER MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL. LID IS ALSO MADE OF

STAINLESS STEEL. LID IS PROVIDED WITH DOUBLE SAFETY VALVE,

STEAM CONTROL & PRESSURE GAUGE. THE HEATING LOAD OF

AUTOCLAVE IS 3 KW

WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pore sufficient water to touch the surface of the inner stand in the autoclave

After placing articles in the drum, tight the lid by turning the knob simultaneous

Check both the safety valve for their free movement

Close the steam release valve

Put the autoclave on plug to main 220 volt AC

The spring loaded safety valve is fixed on 18 / 19 ibl pressure. It will work automatically

2^nd safety valve ( dead weight type ) has been set on 20 / 22 ibl and will work automatically, incase first safety valve fails to release the excess steam

Switch electric power OFF after completion of the sterilization for the require time & open the steam release valve to release the steam until the pressure goes down to 0 pressure

As soon as the pressure comes zero, then open the lid to take out the sterilized material

PRECAUTIONS

CHECH THE WATER LEVEL AFTER EVERY OPERATION

DO NOT HEAT THE AUTOCLAVE WITH OUT WATER

ALKELINE SOLUTION / HARD WATER SHOULD NOT BE USED IN AUTOCLAVE
