We are distributing of Anti Corrosion Concrete Admixture in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. CORROSTOP-15 is a state-of-the art Corrosion inhibiting product, specially developed to control the Corrosion and Rust problem in R.C.C structures.

Method of Application:

For Mixture Machine:

1)Add 19 Litres of water (maximum) in the mixer machine drum.
2)Add 250 ml of CORROSTOP-15 into the rotating drum for 1 bag of cement (50 Kg) and allow to rotate for 10 Mins.
3)Then,add jelly,sand and 50 kg of cement (1 cement bag) into the rotating drum as usual.
4)Add required quantity of water if needed to get the desired workability.

For Ready Mix Concrete (RMC):
1)While preparing the concrete at Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant,the quantity of water should be strictly reduced by 40 Litres per cubic meter.
2)After RMC tanker reaches the building site,increase the speed of the rotating drum.
3)Add required quantity of CORROSTOP-15 (2 Litres of CORROSTOP-15 for 1 Cubic meter) into the rotating drum of the RMC tanker.
4)After 10 Mins of rotation of the drum,concrete is ready for laying.
