The Air Handling Unit Sequence Controller is the total solution for this mandatory requirement. One instrument can control 8 Nos. of AHU irrespective of power rating of the blower motor. By cascading number of instrument it can control any number of AHU.
- 8 Channel sequence controller to handle 8 Nos. of AHU.
- Programmable timer for all 8 channels.
- Centralized operation (Start/Stop) & indication of all AHU at service floor.
- AHU status indication can be in parallel with the Status Annunciator in production area.
- AHU number will be displayed instead of channel number on 4 digit display.
- AHU status will be displayed on 2 digit display.
- In auto ON mode the AHU will be switch ON from CH1 to CH8 with corresponding AHU.
- In auto STOP mode AHU will be switch OFF from CH8 to CH1 with corresponding AHU
- In Manual mode selected AHU can start and stop from the sequence controller.
- Over night Selection for AHU which are to be run overnight or non-production time.
- The existing AHU control will be modified with additional Auto/Man switch on local AHU starter panel which will also ensure the normal operation AHU in the event of shut down of sequence control.
