- Multi Channel Micro Relay (Micro Processor Controlled) Control system for measuring and controlling of AHU Blower Motor current.
- Three Level Current Controls:- Low, High & Excess Current for individual Phases.
- The Current Sensor is Primary Bus bar Type Current Element.
- Motor Status will be displayed by Multicolored LED Indicator.
- The Motor Current will be displayed in scan mode with Line Numbers.
- Instant Single Phasing Protection with fault indication for Individual Phase.
- Supply OFF fault with 2 or more line supply failure.
- Broken / No Belt fault with the low current control.
- Motor Open winding protection with single phasing/supply OFF feature.
- AHU ON/OFF control from the production area with secured mode feature.
- Accidental starter OFF fault with the Feeder OFF indication.
- AHU can be Switched ON / OFF from the instrument.
- Optional Fault Indicator with Hooter at Production Area and or at Maintenance Department.
- 4 Digit Display for Current indication and for fault message.
- 2 Digit Display for Channel or Motor Number Indication.
- AHU will Switch ON automatically with Power UP in sequence as per time programming.
- Total protection for the blower motor against electrical and mechanical faults.
- The HEPA Filter pressure drop will affect the load current, thus monitoring HEPA too.
