CONTROLLER.

Designed and developed to
sense and control the Vial which is entering to Aluminum Sealing
Machine without Bung (Rubber Stopper) in the automatic on-line
filling line. This feature may built in with new machines but may not
have in the old machines. It can work up to a speed of 400 vials per
minute with smooth running machines. The speed may go down with bad
condition and raw materials.

The instrument will check
the presence of vial with bung or rubber stopper. If the bung is
present it will not take any action. If it sense a vial without bung
it will activate the tow output which can wire for stopping the
sealing machine or activating the rejection mechanism and the alarm
signal. The vial and bung sensors may be the photo electric or
capacitance proximity switch with higher switching capacity depend on
the vial and bung size.
