The furnace is designed to braze 3 to 5 load areas per hour on a semi-continuous basis.The system is capable of processing a useful load area that can be loaded with various aluminum heat exchangers not exceed 70 kgs of product and fixtures.
The products will be in a horizontal position on the conveyor belt and a normal heating time in the braze chamber of 1 5to 3 minutes is expected depending upon the mass of the load area.
The unique features of he SECO/WARWICK patented convection muffle arrangement is the placement of our braze cycle time control thermocouples.These thermocouples are the heart of this intelligent system and the indexing cycle when loading the furnace intermittently.
The feature allows loading of the furnace load areas with products that have different masses,one right after another,without adjusting the furnace parameters.The heat exchanger alloys must stay the same but the mass of the cores may be change from load area to load area.Active only furnaces are equipped with SECO/WARWICK's
patented ACCUBRAZE Control Systems.
