surface quality:

1 The surface of the titanium plate should be smooth with its metal colour. The plate was permited to sand blasting with surface before delivery.
2 The surface was allowed with light darkness and water print in parti local defects ,scratch,indentation and scallops with thickness less than half of the thickness was allowed ,but the minimum thickness should be ensured.
3 There should not be macro defects such as crack,peeling, oxide skin,backfin,and mixture with metal and non-metal.also should not be alkali washed too much.
