500x Pressure Relief Valve Application: Water Treatment

we are able to export an 500X pressure relief valve in Botou, Hebei, China. Relief valve: the water can be more than the pilot valve safety set pressure release, and maintain the pipe pressure in a safe setting value, in order to prevent pipe pressure or pressure damage to pipeline or equipment. The upstream water supply pressure of the main valve can be maintained at a set point to protect the upstream water supply of the main valve.

Installation:
1. hydraulic control valve should be installed horizontally (such as vertical installation, noted in advance).
2. the selection of valve diameter generally small than the main pipeline (such as pipe diameter is DN100, DN65 should be the pressure relief valve).
3., the main valve should be installed before the corresponding caliber of the cut-off and filter, installation before the pipe clean, and pay attention to the direction of flow with the main valve arrow direction.
Debug:
1. factory can be adjusted to the required pressure relief pressure.
2. field commissioning: loosen the nuts under the upper pilot valve handwheel. Turn the handwheel clockwise to increase the opening pressure, and turn the nut back in order to reduce the opening pressure.
3., the role of needle valve to control flow, used to adjust the main valve closing time.
