35L Dispersion Kneader:

We follow the guidelines inspired by the Moriyama of Japan the original innovators of dispersion kneader. The mixing movements in our kneaders are channeled by the specially designed contours of the rotor wings. Our mixers provide effective mixing and dispersion for polymer compounds at an optimum horsepower input and operating temperature.

Features:

JRD Kneader ensure perfect mixing of compounds with consistent time cycle as our machine chamber wall and rotors are hard layer weld deposited and then hard chrome plated to the international standards for Rubber mixing equipments.

Gear Box: JRD kneader is fitted with world reputed gear box from 'Radicon'. The gear box is properly rated for the hp and rpm of the machine.

Power saving: Our Kneader is a highly energy efficient.

Tilting Mechanism: It is designed for chamber tilting to approximately 140 degree which enables easy cleaning and discharge of mixed compound.

No water leakage during Rotor & Chamber Cooling. Rotary joints used are with mechanical sealing system.

No leakage of residual chemicals through our advance sealing technology.
