The unit is made compact, enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt / mirror finished body.
The unit consists of S.S. Slat conveyor, filling nozzle with self-centering device, S.S. Syringes, twin pusher system No Container Machine Stops System.
A container received on S.S. Slat conveyor by manual operation, moves below the nozzles corrects the center of bottleneck to avoid spillage of liquid on bottle.
Cam operated Syringes will draw correct volume of liquid and delivers it through tubes to nozzle.
In the event of non-transfer of sufficient container on conveyor the machine stops automatically to take care of spillage of liquid. The filled bottles are further transferred through conveyor for another operation
Rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance, S.S. Covers, conveyor, guides, and other parts for longer life.
Elegant and easy reach control panel for total control on operation. Every syringes attached with anti foaming device.
