As a renowned organization, we are engaged in manufacturing, supplying as well as exporting a wide range of Air Lift Reactor in Delhi, Delhi, India. Airlift reactors are attractive for slow reactions since they consist of recycle streams that allow for larger residence time within a small reactor volume when compared to [slurry] bubble columns. They are also attractive in processes where a certain degree of agitation is required without the use of mechanical stirrers due to the nature of reactants handled, such as the cultivation of biological organisms and waste water treatment. Our research work on internal loop airlift reactors focuses on the investigation of hydrodynamic properties such as the gas holdup and liquid velocity, as well as studying gas-liquid mass transfer rates. The basic philosophy behind our investigation resides in understanding the influence of scale on the hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics of airlift reactors as well as comparing the performance of the airlift reactor to other commonly used industrial reactors such as the [slurry] bubble column, fixed-bed and trickle bed reactors.
