Reactors with agitator are used for agitating and mixing of process liquids, fluids in various demanding industrial applications. We ensure High efficiency, High homogenous mixing results with low operating cost.

We are specialized in design and Manufacture reactors with Jacket, half coil Limpet, Dimple jacket, which can be insulated by suitable insulation material. Reactors are cladded with stainless steel jacket over the insulation to provide an aesthetic finish. Reactors have internal surface finish 0.4 m as per specific reaction requirement.

Our Customized Reactors are equipped with specially designed agitator ranging from 20 RPM to 2800 RPM with process suitable impellers like Turbine, Propeller, Hydrofoil, Anchor, High Shear Mixer, Parabolic, Helix etc.

Limpet coil reactor vessels are used to control the temperature of the reactants with the help of heating or cooling media circulated through coils surrounding the main vessel. Ideally suitable for medium heat transfer requirement and heating application. Coils are half piped welded on the outer side of the main vessel.
