A three phase double wound transformer, a well designed transductor and a three-phase full wave silicon rectifier bridge with filter ensure a smooth and steady are minimum spatter and excellent weld bead shape.

High 80% Volt OCV ensure easy arc striking for low hydrogen electrodes.
Special surge suppressor device protect the control circuitry from voltage spikes.
Since the rectifiers are static machines with no moving parts negligible maintenance are required.

JK rectifiers can be used for MMA welding, TIC welding, SAW Welding and Carbon arc gouging with wide range of 200-300-400 and 600 Amps.
