Key Features
The Fly Ash received in Bags is dumped in Hopper and pumped through Screw /RAV to a mixing zone, where the material is fluidized and conveyed to the main Silo. The Transfer rate being- 18-20 or 22-25 /8-10 Tons/Hr.
Conveying directly from a 30 Ton special bulker (which is having integrated piping) to main Silo. This is achieved by pressurising and aerating the bulker. The conveying rate being 35-40 Tons/Hr.
