TIGHTCO/ZEN Worm drive clamps are general purpose clamps used for sealing and fastening hoses, where higher clamping range is required. In this design the normal force is more uniformly distributed through out the entire circumference of the band which enhances & secures the hose life. Unlike terraced band, TIGHTCO/ZEN clamps have the punched hard band and the threads of the worm screw are directly getting engaged in the slot of the band which strengthens Clamp. TIGHTCO/ZEN clamps withstands much higher torque values than those specified by International standards like BS:5315 / DIN:3017/ IS:4762.
