It is easy to maintain :

1. Before using the board for the first time : Mix small amount of Olive or Vegetable oils with a little White Vinegar ( 4 parts oil + 1 part vinegar) and rub the board with it with a lint-free cloth in the direction of the wood grain. Repeat the process once in a month to increase the life of the board.
2. Hand wash the Cutting Board and dry it with a cloth after every use.
