White Reclaim Rubber is made from scrap latex gloves, it is also known as Latex Reclaim rubber. It can be used as a substitute of Natural Rubber in any kind of rubber molded goods especially the cured products.Our white reclaim rubber make an excellent blend with natural rubber. It reduces viscosity , helps to achieve shorter milling time, lower power consumption and accelerates dispersion of ingredients during compounding , thus providing better quality control.Even if you are not using reclaimed rubber it may be worth while to examine the process and find out that reclaim rubber can substitute some of polymers being used, because it makes substantial savings in production cost.

SF-Grade - Super Fine grade.

White Reclaim Rubber

SF-Grade-Super Fine grade:It is our Premium Grade Ultra refined latex Reclaim rubber.

As from the name it is clear it is our super fine reclaim rubber and can be substituted with natural rubber. .It is available in Lump Form and has high Pure Rubber Content(upto 85-90%).Its colour is light brown. It is made from latex hand gloves .It has low specific gravity, high tensile strength and good elongation at break. Its applications are in all kinds of Coloured and White Rubber Materials.Our SF-Grade reclaim rubber helps in  reducing the Cost of compounding due to its high rubber content and low cost as compared to natural rubber .It is easily mixed with natural rubber and reduces viscosity which  lowers  power consumption. Packing is done in 50 kg per bag.

MG-Grade-Medium grade :It is our Medium grade refined latex white reclaim rubber. It has rubber content (upto 65-70%).It is available in Lump Form.It has good tensile strength and good  elongation at break. Its applications are in all kinds of white rubber materials and as well in coloured products.Our white reclaim rubber (MG-Grade) helps in reducing the cost of compounding for all the white rubber products manufacturers as black reclaim can not be used by them .It is easily mixed with natural rubber and reduces viscosity with  lowers power consumption.Packing is done in 50 kg per bag
