[Application]
Based on variety and concentration of dyes, variety and pattern of treated fabric, Dosage as below:
-- Dipping
HT-812: 4-8% (O.W.F) (Adjustment base on color)
Bath ratio: 1: 10 a 20
Dyed fabrics (pH a 7) a Y Dip ( temperature is 25A C , time is 20 a 30 min) a Y Dry (100-120A C ) a Y baking (150-160A C for 90 seconds

-- Padding
HT-812: 30 a 50 g/L (Adjustment base on fastness requirement)
Dyed fabrics (pH a 7) a Y two dip and two pad ( temperature is 15-20A C , water retention 70- 80% ) a Y Dry (100-120A C )

[Notice]

-- The prepared working fluid is translucent emulsion at 25A C, and should be used immediately.
-- The working liquid can achieve the best performance at 25-40A C .

[Packing and storage]
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum.
-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
